Pulse unifies daily health data from different wearable providers into one shared view — so you and your friends can compare insights no matter which device each of you wears.
Many people track their health with a wearable, but each app is a silo. Pulse connects to your wearable provider with your permission and lets you share a simple daily snapshot — how you slept and how recovered you are — with a small group of friends. It works across providers, so an Oura user, a Whoop user, a Fitbit or Pixel Watch user, and an Apple Health user can compare notes in the same place.
Oura, Whoop, Fitbit (including Pixel Watch), and Apple Health data is normalized into one consistent daily view.
Join a private group and see each member's daily sleep and recovery.
Provider tokens are stored securely on our backend — never in the app.
Pulse connects to the wearables and health platforms below. Some integrations are fully live today, while others are complete and awaiting provider approval before they open to everyone.
| Provider | Status |
|---|---|
| Whoop | Pending approval |
| Oura | Supported |
| Apple Health — Apple Watch & iPhone | Supported |
| Fitbit & Pixel Watch — via Google Health | Pending approval |
“Pending approval” means the integration is built and tested but still completing the provider's official review before it's available to all users.
A shared, cross-provider view of your group's daily health — resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep — with each member's source device shown right alongside their numbers.
Pulse started as a way for friends to keep each other accountable, but a shared, cross-provider view of daily health is useful anywhere people want to see the same picture together:
Compare sleep and recovery with your group and stay accountable — even when everyone wears a different device.
Wear more than one tracker? See Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, and Apple Health side by side in one consistent daily view instead of jumping between apps.
Coaches, trainers, and health professionals can create a private group with their clients for fine-grained, at-a-glance monitoring of sleep and recovery trends.
Everyone chooses to connect their own device and can leave a group or disconnect at any time. Pulse only shows the daily metrics needed for these shared views.
Pulse reads only the health metrics needed to show daily sleep and recovery insights. We never post to your provider account or share your data outside the groups you choose to join.
Pulse runs on Google Firebase. Access and refresh tokens for your wearable provider are held only on our server-side backend and are never exposed to the mobile app or other users. Data is encrypted in transit. You can disconnect a provider or request deletion of your data at any time.
