These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulse mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Tempo Engineering LLC, a company registered in Virginia, United States. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and capable of forming a binding agreement.

Pulse lets you connect a supported wearable provider (currently Oura, Whoop, or Fitbit / Google Health) and share daily sleep and recovery insights with private groups of your choosing. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Oura, Whoop, and Fitbit (via Google Health). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Pulse is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party providers.

Pulse provides wellness information for general and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional regarding your health. You use any information from the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
